In 2009, Singer Kwinter set a precedent in chronic pain disability law when our client was awarded approximately $3,500,000 after suffering a fractured tailbone when a hospital bed collapsed which resulted in a severe case of fibromyalgia.

In a new Canadian record, a St. Catharines’ jury awarded Alfred Kwinter’s client, Frank Mazza, the amount of his claim plus $2,000,000 for punitive damages. In addition his tenant, Adelia Perreira was awared the amount of her claim plus $500,000 for punitive damages.
