SickKids Great Camp Adventure

On Saturday, September 28th, 2013 staff from Singer Kwinter offered their time and support as volunteers at The Hospital for Sick Children’s Great Camp Adventure. This fantastic event helped generate over $1.3 million dollars for the hospital. Participants started at Fort York, walking through Toronto while participating in camp-themed activities along the way. The activities were called “campsites”. One of the official “campsites” was at SickKids itself, a safe indoor location that allowed current in-patient children and their families the opportunity to take part in camp day activities. Patients took part in various arts, crafts and games. This was a fun and meaningful morning for all those that participated!
