Singer Kwinter Supports Helmet Safety

In support of Brain Injury Awareness Month, Singer Kwinter was pleased to donate bicycle helmets and bells to the Freedom Cycling Group of Scarborough. This youth focused bicycle safety initiative operated by Rosalie Hall, took place on Saturday, June 29th, 2013 at Thompson Park in Scarborough. The program offered skill training and information on how to protect oneself on the roads. Constable Hugh Smith from Toronto Police Traffic Services Safety Programs provided fantastic instruction on bicycle safety and the rules of the road, while Singer Kwinter lawyer Shane Katz provided valuable insight into rider liability and Ontario law.
